How do I book?

To book an appointment, simply visit our website and select your preferred date and time. Follow the prompts to complete the booking process.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 3 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance to avoid any fees. We understand emergencies happen, refunds are determined on a case by case basis.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment. Please contact us at least 3 hours in advance to make any changes to your booking.

What if I'm running late?

If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accept walk-ins if there are any available time slots.
