Cancellation Policy

Three hours minimum notice required for cancellations. Call the shop at 215-295-6559 during regular business hours or leave a voicemail message. We understand medical and family emergencies happen, refunds are given on a case by case basis. For example, forgetting your appointment or oversleeping do not warrant a refund. If you are ill, we will do our best to reschedule when you are feeling better. Flu and Covid are surging again and we all need to protect each other.
